Whenever I try to get a auto local match going I keep getting error code 85010.
Ive checked the driver for the usb adaptor, that was up to date and working and there's are no firewall or anti virus interfering with it either.
And yet Im still having problems.
Also my USB adaptor gets really hot, really quickly.
Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem?
I just hope my usb adaptor hasnt burnt out from usage. :(

I used to use a WiFi adapter, but it has been a really long time. I don't know how much help I can be. The best place to get help would be http://www.nintendowifi.com/
If you can't find information you need there you could try using their support feature. I've used it before and they were very helpful.

Punkdaz, I have a USB adapter, and yes, mine also gets hot fast. I think its normal. And to try and fix your problem, test your connection with the three step thing, and unplug and plug your USB adapter back in again.

OK, ive left it a few days and it seems to be working again.
It seems that at the time the error was something to do with the wifi in my area being too busy or it was overloaded.
Still saying that I haven't had any games since it started working again.
