When I win or when I lose it does not be tracked. Can a mod or someone tell me what to do?

Make sure that you disconnect properly. Wait until the match is over and then quit by using the menu option. Also, disconnect from WiFi using the menu (instead of just turning off your DS) when you are done. That is probably the best advice I can give.
