One of the modes of a tournament was jam style. It wasn't on the head 2 head game modes and I am wondering what it is and how to play it.

It has a slightly different name in the game. I believe it is called "Style Run" or "Style Competition". In Downhill Jam the similar mode was called Jam Style.
