themac, most of the problems you were encountering were most likely because your game was not linked to the site but I see that you have fixed that now. As for voice chat, you can only do that while in a Friend Match. You will need to share Friend Codes with other players and then play online at the same as them and search for a Friend Match. When a match starts there should be a little microphone icon on the bottom screen that you can touch to talk to your friend.
