account code

when i try to claim my slot it doesnt work i type in my code correct and it says invalid do i put spaces??? please help

THis is most likely an issue of the code being difficult to read.  Try typing it in different ways, replacing 0's with O's or I's with 1's.  You may also want to read this thread.
