Can we make tournaments

Tournaments are made by admins (Like Me and AgoraPerry), but we use community tournament ideas all the time.  Make sure to visit the Tournament Ideas thread, and lets us know of some of your creative tournament suggestions.  More often then not, if its a cool idea, will use it as one of our future tournaments.
