Most likely, the only thing that is being terminated is the forums while the main site stays up.

Yes, we will still host tournaments for DownHill Jam. How exstensive the tournament schedule is, will depend on the demand to keep Downhill tournaments running. So let us know how you guys are feeling...

There won't be Fight Nights hosted in the Downhill Jam forums, but feel free to play Downhill Jam during our Proving Ground Fight Nights! There is always a stuck thread in General Discussion about it where you can set up matches. Just like in Downhill Jam the Fight Nights go from 5:00PM to 7:00PM Eastern Time.
