THPG Videos

As some of you know we are still waiting for our DS Capture Unit to come back so we can make more replay videos.  In the meantime, why don't you make some of your own?

I've just put Flintsk8er's art video up as an Official replay.  It's really well done and I thought it deserved to be showcased through our site.  If you decide to make your own video about THPG then let us know by posting it on YouTube and linking to it in this thread.  If it is really good you may even see it on the homepage through our Replay TV!

My vid is ready for youtube, but IE and Firefox are both giving me trouble with the uploading... so I'll try my luck later on today/tomorrow.

I made the art video for a purpose of getting more people to come to the site AND to show off some of my artwork. I can understand the choice of style isn't interesting you, but really, it's not cheap. I took my time thinking this out.

I'm am not making anyone watch my video if they don't want to. It's there like I said in my first paragraph.

Yea, I know I was just messing around.  I would like to watch people set hgh score that look at art.  Don't get me wrong flit your art is mind blowing, it's just that I think people would like to watch cool replays of people setting high scores!

How is my video replacing the replays and other stuff? I didn't ask perry to put my video in the replay. I just made this for fun. I didn't think my video would cause people to think replays will be obsolete.

Yeah, really. This isn't a cheap video. Otherwise it would have been pictures thrown together and added music to the Background. I actually took my time, wasting precious nights thinking of different ways to show this. For your infomation, you CAN still look at the art even if you are watching it. That's why there is a "Pause" button.

The art feature should not even be in the game if people going to think it's cheap to make a video about it. Replays are good and cool, but I never made this video to replace it nor did I ask Perry to put it in the replay, that was my surprise that he did (I appreciate the support). I am still going to make art videos, even if they are cheap, I still enjoy doing them.

Why you call it cheap?

I think Flint's video is cool. He's just doing what he likes to do, can't blame him for that. It'll be cool to see videos made by others, too, because each individual has their own style. When a whole bunch are made, we could compile them into a post or something, for everyone to see easily.

I might be making a video some time soon. Keep an eye out for it, I'm planning on having original music in it!

I'm eagerly awaiting your video, Goopy.  It will be awesome with your own music!

I used my webcam for my video, it doesn't get the smoothness but it gets the quality well. It's just called "Basic Webcam". Also, video cameras are excellent (but they are expensive as well. :P)
